All about Lee Junho
A native of the South Korean city of Ilsan, Lee Junho started his musical career at the age of 16, when he participated in the talent show Superstar Survival. Competing against 6500 contestants, the young talent made it to the final round and ended up winning the show! This lead to him gaining public attention and signing a contract with the company JYP Entertainment.
In 2008, Lee Junho participated in the Hot Blood Men show, during which he learned the perks of forming part of a boy-group. Named One Day, the show’s participants were divided into the separate groups 2AM and 2PM. The South Korean artist joined 2PM in the process and met, among others, his colleagues Taecyeon and Chansung. The group can now boast of being one of the hottest K-Pop bands out there, continually topping charts in South Korea and Japan, as well as many other countries in the far east.
In July 2013, Junho released his first solo mini-album called Kimi no Koe, for which he composed, wrote and produced all tracks. The album immediately reached the top of multiple charts.
